Week in Review Feb 26 - March 1

Today wrapped up the first week of our pilot launches! And (minus today’s Magic Pants insanity), things have gone really well.
As we’ve mentioned many times, we will continue to adjust this new launch process to make it as smooth as possible for you and your customers. We appreciate your patience as we are fine tuning!

Restock

We just added a HUGE restock of the Rae Mode Keep It Moving Leggings - you can find those here.

Oversell Updates

There are two types of oversell scenarios from today's launch:
  • If you have an order with an ignored item in Ave Tech (red line through the item), that means we do not have inventory on hand currently to fulfill the order.
  • Due to the server failure, there were a number of items that DID charge and process (so the order looks normal in your Ave Tech), but we do not have adequate quantities on hand to fulfill some of those orders either.
BUT! Thankfully we will be able to fulfill lots of these oversells with additional quantities that are arriving later this month!
Due to processing delays in Ave Tech and just the overall volume of orders, it will take our team some time to work through which orders can be shipped immediately, which can be fulfilled later this month, and which need to be refunded.
Our goal is to reach out to everyone by next Wednesday who is impacted by this! We will work as quickly as possible so that you have answers for your customers ASAP.

Dear Scarlett Preorder

  • Starting 3/6 for Magic Pants/Blazers.
  • Not all colors/sizes will be available for the Dear Scarlett preorder! Availability will also vary between the different styles.
  • Please do not begin pre-selling these items until we have confirmed availability from Dear Scarlett and get those listings published for you next week.

Negative Quantities

You'll see quantities dropped to super negative numbers for many of today's release items. That is intentional on our part to prevent waitlist issues and additional oversells.

  • Just a reminder to order samples for the week of 3/12-3/15 ASAP! In order to insure quantities are plentiful for launch on all products, the buying period will close at 30% sell through or Monday at midnight. Whichever comes first!
