Tracking Updates!
Here is a spreadsheet of all affected orders. If your order number is on here, you can be confident it's on our radar!
The spreadsheet also has a special tracking link for each order that shows both the old July tracking and the new updated tracking info for each order.
Feel free to share those links with your customers and submit with TikTok support tickets!
We're working on a number of different ways to help you resolve this...
We learned that the same issue happened previously with USPS and an employee in Washington DC was able to edit the tracking to reflect correctly. We're hoping to locate this person and have them work some magic on the tracking numbers!
In the meantime...
Open a TikTok support ticket! Include:

Your affected order numbers

The tracking number for each order
-
The ezpost link (in the spreadsheet above) showing the correct tracking information.

Feel free to also include the letter below from our account rep.
Their support team should be able to manually adjust any violations!
