TikTok Updates

Guys, we have a glimmer of hope!

Our TikTok Partner rep believes she has found someone that can help update all the impacted orders we send her. SHE HOPES, not promises. So no guarantee, but it's worth a shot.

We need to send her a list of order numbers at 3pm Mountain time today, so please take care of this ASAP if you have TT orders that are impacted!

Instructions

  • Go to this Google Sheet (or your own shop's Google Sheet if you received a separate one from us).
  • Find your order by searching the sheet with your Shopify order number, or the Ave wholesale order number without the WS (order WS123456 you would search for 123456)
  • Once you find your order, copy and paste your TikTok order number in column A.
  • If you can't find an order on the first list...Go to the second tab called, "Orders missing from first list" and add the TikTok order number there.
  • IMPORTANT: If you have an order on the missing list, you need to also include the Ave wholesale order number, or your own Shopify order number. We can't identify the order without at least one of these numbers!

Please complete this process for your orders ASAP, and then let's all cross our fingers HARD!

TikTok Support Updates

Please continue submitting your TikTok support requests to have any violations reversed!

Ask support to redirect you to the logistics team to update tracking status. This will help get you connected to the team that can actually help!

Explain that USPS was recycling tracking numbers so even though your order shipped (and was possibly already delivered!) the USPS tracking link is showing old information.

Let them know you have a letter from USPS explaining the situation and also a link that shows corrected tracking info (all links are in the spreadsheet).
