Monday Shipping Updates!
We had teams working all through the weekend and have made great progress but still have some catching up to do! Here are some updates:

You guys had an amazing week of sales last week - seriously congratulations because it was WILD! The huge influx of orders combined with the delays we were already working through have kept us a bit behind our typical shipping times.

We are currently working through single item orders (one pair of jeans or one top, etc) from the 17th.

We’re currently working on multiple item orders (not including sample orders) from the 15th.
If you have an order prior to the 15th that has not received tracking yet, there is some sort of issue and we are aware of it.

Could be a missing item, could be an address problem, etc.

There’s no need to reach out to support. We are aggressively working through these orders and you should hear from us today or tomorrow with the issue + options for resolution.

We are continuing to boost our support team with extra help to try and decrease wait times in chat, but please know that it will take us some time to get caught up!
